BigQPlay uses cookies and browser storage to run the site and improve your experience. This page explains what each cookie does and how you can control them from the consent banner.

Categories we use

  • Essential — always on. These keep you signed in, remember your language, and defend against fraud. Turning them off would break the site.
  • Analytics — optional. Anonymised page views and game plays that help us understand what’s working.
  • Advertising — optional. Cookies from ad partners that let us fund the free games and, when enabled, personalise which ads you see.

Games from our partners GameMonetize and GamePix

Some games on BigQPlay are supplied by our partners GameMonetize and GamePix and run in a frame served from their own sites (gamemonetize.co, play.gamepix.com). These games show ads delivered by Google (Google Ad Manager, AdSense) inside the game frame, so the partner’s game player and Google can set and read their own advertising cookies there — for example ogdpr_advertisement, ogdpr_tracking, _gpxplyrid_, __gads, __gpi and IDE (see the table below).

  • A partner game’s frame only loads after you press Play now; until then no request is sent to the partner.
  • One BigQPlay choice covers every partner: if you visit from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we load partner games only after you allow the Advertising category in our banner, and we don’t ask again per game. If you withdraw that consent later, a running partner game is closed.
  • The GamePix player also shows its own consent notice (by iubenda, using the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) inside the game frame, because it cannot read the choice you made on BigQPlay. What you choose there applies to GamePix and its ad partners.
  • These cookies are controlled by the partners and Google under their own policies: the GameMonetize privacy policy, the GamePix privacy policy and how Google uses cookies in advertising.
