You can play games on BigQPlay without an account. If you create one, we store your username, email and gameplay data (favorites, history and saved progress). We also collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, games played and device type to improve the service.

Advertising

BigQPlay is supported by advertising. Third-party ad networks may use cookies to show relevant ads and measure their performance. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of personalised ads through your device or ad-network settings, or by rejecting the “Advertising” cookie category in our consent banner.

Third-party games and in-game ads

Some games are supplied by our partner GameMonetize and load in a frame from gamemonetize.co only after you press Play now. Inside that frame, GameMonetize and Google (which delivers the ads) process data such as your IP address, device and browser details and cookie identifiers to show, personalise and measure ads, under their own privacy policies — see the GameMonetize privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

• The game frame learns that it is shown on bigqplay.com, so the ads can be credited to us. It does not receive your BigQPlay account details.
• If you visit from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we load these games only after you consent to the “Advertising” cookie category. You can withdraw that consent at any time with “Manage preferences” on our Cookies page; a running partner game is then closed.
• If you allowed analytics, we record when an in-game ad finishes (the game, a hashed session identifier, your country and device type) to measure how partner games perform.

Children’s privacy

BigQPlay is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You may access, update or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
